We are an agency specializing in the search, recruitment and outsourcing / outstaffing of IT specialists, helping companies find the best talents in the field of technology, and to attract this talent to own tasks / projects in the most effective way.

Our Strengths

Speed

We quickly process each request, taking into account all the details of both the client and the vacancy. Typically, it takes us 1-2 weeks to find a mid/senior-level IT specialist and 3-4 weeks to find an architect-level or C-suite IT specialist.

Minimal Bureaucracy

To get started, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Master Service Agreement (MSA) only, which outlines the main aspects of our collaboration. For each vacancy or set of vacancies (in the case of teams), we sign an additional agreement.

Quality

We always try to offer both several candidates to choose from and several cooperation options. Each candidate goes through several rounds of interviews: general, psychological, main technical, additional technical (if necessary), before being offered to you for consideration. We primarily aim to offer vetted candidates who have successfully worked on various projects for several years. However, even after your approval of a candidate, if they turn out to be unsuitable due to objective reasons, we will offer 1-2 replacement candidates within the first 3 months.

Price

In the case of direct hiring of a candidate, you pay us an amount equal to 1 month's salary of the candidate after their first month of employment.
In the case of outstaffing, you pay us monthly based on the agreed rate for each of our candidates on your project and the number of hours/days they worked.





Skills & Services

We pride ourselves on offering flexible solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of any company. Our range of services allows you to choose the most convenient collaboration model that best suits your requirements: whether hiring the right candidate directly (or signing a contract with them) or working with them as an outstaff resource that can be flexibly managed according to the volume and duration of the work that needs to be completed.

  • Recruitment Services

    Our recruitment services are designed to find the perfect fit for your team. With a commission equivalent to one month's salary of the hired candidate, payable after their first full month, we guarantee the quality of our placements. If a candidate does not meet your expectations within the first month, we provide up to two replacements at no extra charge.

  • Outstaffing Services

    Our outstaffing services offer flexibility for your workforce. Candidates can be hired onto our payroll but work 100% for your company. This allows you to adjust your staffing levels as needed without the obligations associated with directly hired employees.
