  • Resume Review Process: When it comes to matching candidates with job openings, your resume takes center stage. Each resume we receive is carefully reviewed to ensure the best possible match for both you and our clients.

  • Recruitment Process: Our recruitment process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. It typically consists of three main steps:

    • Step 1: Initial Interview (discussion of key questions, financial requirements, etc.): 30-45 minutes

    • Step 2: Internal Technical Interview (evaluation of technical knowledge relevant to the desired position): 40-60 minutes

    • Step 3: Client Interview (general and technical questions with client representative): 60-90 minutes

Upon successful completion of all steps, a B2C or B2B contract is signed, and work commences.
