Technical stack A list of technologies, tools, and platforms our engineers are skilled in.![]() Our StrengthsSpeed We quickly process each request, taking into account all the details of both the client and the vacancy. Typically, it takes us 1-2 weeks to find a mid/senior-level IT specialist and 3-4 weeks to find an architect-level or C-suite IT specialist. Minimal Bureaucracy To get started, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Master Service Agreement (MSA) only, which outlines the main aspects of our collaboration. For each vacancy or set of vacancies (in the case of teams), we sign an additional agreement. Quality We always try to offer both several candidates to choose from and several cooperation options. Each candidate goes through several rounds of interviews: general, psychological, main technical, additional technical (if necessary), before being offered to you for consideration. We primarily aim to offer vetted candidates who have successfully worked on various projects for several years. However, even after your approval of a candidate, if they turn out to be unsuitable due to objective reasons, we will offer 1-2 replacement candidates within the first 3 months. Price
In the case of direct hiring of a candidate, you pay us an amount equal to 1 month's salary of the candidate after their first month of employment.
